Administration

FanFest provides a suite of administration tools for managing your channel. These tools are accessible from the Settings gear icon in the channel header and cover user management, API key management, SSO configuration, leaderboard administration, and channel customization.

Admin Settings Menu

The channel admin dropdown provides quick access to all administrative features:

Change Cover Image	Update the channel banner image
Change Logo	Update the channel logo
User Management	Manage channel members, roles, and permissions
Community Management	Create and manage communities within the channel
Behavioural Data Browser	Search, filter, and activate your audience
API Keys	Create and manage API keys for integrations
Admin Leaderboard	Configure leaderboard actions and prizes
Customize Channel	Adjust channel theme and appearance
SSO Management	Configure Single Sign-On providers and web apps

Access Requirements

Administrative features require the Admin role. This is the highest access level and grants access to all admin tools. See User Management for details on roles.

Admin Sections

User Management

Control who can do what in your channel. Assign roles with specific permissions -- from basic fan interactions to full channel administration. The permission system uses a bitmask model that supports fine-grained access control.

API Keys

Create and manage API keys for external integrations. API keys authenticate requests to FanFest's external APIs, enabling features like event tracking from your own backend, loyalty system integration, and more.

SSO Configuration

Set up Single Sign-On providers to enable seamless authentication between your platform and FanFest. The SSO management dashboard lets you configure OAuth providers, create web applications, and manage allowed origins.

Behavioral Data Browser

Search and filter your entire audience by activity, location, language, points, and more. Run targeted email campaigns directly from the filtered view. See the Analytics section for full documentation.
