Offers

Offers let producers display promotional content to fans during a show. Use offers to highlight products, services, event tickets, merchandise, or any promotion relevant to your audience.

What is an offer?

An offer is a visual card that appears on the show stage alongside the video content. Each offer includes:

Offers are visible to all fans watching the show when activated.

Creating an offer

From the producer sidebar during a show:

  1. Open the Offers panel
  2. Click to add a new offer
  3. Fill in the offer form:
    • Description — What you are promoting (e.g., "Match Day Jersey - 30% Off")
    • URL — Where fans go when they click (must be a valid URL)
    • Image — Upload a photo or graphic for the offer
  4. Click Save

The image upload shows a preview after the file is selected. Supported formats include all standard image types.

Managing offers during a show

The Offers panel shows all offers associated with your show. For each offer, you can:

  • Toggle visibility — Switch offers on and off during the show. When toggled on, the offer appears on the stage for all fans. Only one offer can be active at a time.
  • Edit — Modify the offer description, URL, or image
  • Delete — Remove the offer entirely

Timing your offers

Strategic offer timing increases fan engagement:

  • During breaks — Show offers between agenda topics or during intermissions
  • After contests — Capitalize on the excitement after a quiz or raffle
  • During relevant content — Display merchandise offers when discussing related topics
  • Rotating offers — Switch between multiple offers throughout the show to keep content fresh

How fans experience offers

When an offer is active:

  • The offer image and description appear on the show stage alongside the video
  • Fans see the promotional content without leaving the show
  • The offer display adapts to both desktop and mobile layouts

Preparing offers in advance

While offers can be created during a live show, it is recommended to prepare them beforehand:

  1. Create your show
  2. Enter the show as a producer before going live
  3. Set up all offers you plan to use
  4. During the show, simply toggle offers on and off as needed

This avoids the distraction of filling out forms while managing a live broadcast.
