Analytics
FanFest provides built-in analytics tools that help channel administrators understand their audience, track engagement patterns, and drive targeted campaigns. The analytics capabilities are centered around the Behavioral Data Browser (BDB) -- a powerful audience intelligence tool accessible from the channel admin settings.
What You Can Learn
With FanFest analytics, you can answer questions like:
- Who are my most engaged fans? Filter by points, activity, and participation history to identify top contributors.
- Where is my audience? View geographic distribution by country and language preferences.
- What content drives engagement? See which shows, quizzes, raffles, and threads generate the most participation.
- How do different communities compare? Filter by community to understand engagement across audience segments.
Key Capabilities
Behavioral Data Browser
The BDB is FanFest's primary analytics interface. It provides a searchable, filterable table of all channel users with their engagement data, plus the ability to run targeted email campaigns against filtered audiences.

Data Export
Export filtered audience data as Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx) for use in external analytics tools, CRM systems, or reporting workflows. Exports respect all active filters, so you get exactly the audience segment you need.
Audience Activations
Beyond passive analytics, the BDB enables direct audience engagement through email campaigns. Filter your audience, select content to promote (shows, offers, threads, events, quizzes, raffles, or polls), and send targeted email notifications -- all from within the platform.
Access Requirements
Analytics features require the Admin role. See User Management for details on roles.
